OTHER AREAS OF EXPERTISE:
SPIRITUALY FATHERING THE EMERGING GENERATIONS: Doug's book, Who's Your Daddy Now? is the sequel to The Fatherless Generation originally published in 1994. Both books examine the roots and link of fatherless-ness to the state of the nation. Offering a message of hope, Doug presents solutions as the older generations come alongside the emerging generation to bless them, release them, and walk with them into their destinies.
UNITY WITH A PURPOSE: Doug speaks into communities to see the body of Christ laboring together to "co-pastor" their cities. Compassion Coalitions emerge when the local body come together crossing racial and denominational lines to be a tangible expression of Christ to their communities.
RECONCILLIATION: As an Asian-American, Doug is considered a bridge-builder and ambassador of reconciliation amongst various ethnic and religious groups.
PERSEVERING LEADERSHIP IN MINISTRY AND THE MARKETPLACE: Doug exhorts and encourages pastors, leaders and marketplace ministers across the Globe to persevere through the "seven oppositions" found in the book of Nehemiah. A topic addressed in his first book, It's Time To Cross The Jordan.
COMMUNITY TRANSFORMATION: Doug believes God's presence is the key agent for lasting change in any community.
